About the Role
We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Partnerships, Marketing & Events Manager to support the growth of our Matcha Coffee & Art Space.
The role combines partnership development, marketing strategy, brand promotion, and event management. You will work closely with artists, local businesses, educational organisations, and community groups to create engaging experiences that strengthen our brand and expand our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with artists, galleries, schools, local businesses, and community organisations.
- Plan and deliver exhibitions, workshops, cultural events, and seasonal programmes.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, promotional materials, and brand communications.
- Coordinate collaborations with external partners and support joint marketing initiatives.
- Monitor event schedules, campaign performance, and partnership activities.
- Support customer engagement and community-building initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, visitor numbers, and commercial growth.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, partnership management, event coordination, or business development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media content management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A genuine interest in arts, culture, hospitality, and community engagement.
- Experience working in cafés, creative spaces, galleries, or cultural organisations is desirable.
